Giving In To A Craving Causes Another One

So after my day off the reservation the next day was incredibly tough.  I even ordered in healthy food to avoid walking past some of my favorite fast food places.

I’m aware of my weaknesses and I find when my will power is low it’s best to walk on the side of the sidewalk without the McDonald’s or just do not go outside hungry.

It’s ok to cheat.  It’s not ok to binge.
