Mental Health Tip – Text A Friend

Without revealing my true age, let me just say I have spent most of my life not texting but last year I began making up for lost time. It’s become one of my joys:

A text can make me smile;

Especially if it’s something nice from someone I haven’t heard from in a while.

A text can make my day;

Better in every way.

But even if the text upsets me;

I can just leave it be.

Texting is one thing I love.

It gives me time to breathe.
