You Can Think It Even If You Don’t Feel It –
When I was in school I had a professor who said – Fake It Till You Make It.
I now believe you can – Fake It Till You Feel It.
I constantly work on trying to control my thoughts or get rid of bad thoughts but it is a lot of work and I often fail. But I have used my mind to train myself to respond in a certain way and once I spend a lot of time responding in that way I start to feel the genuine emotion.
If I begin to think of the reasons I should be grateful after a while I might just feel that way.
