Don’t Raise Your Voice & Keep An Even or Upbeat Tone – Now I realize that people speak to me the way I speak to them. Even if my negative attitude has nothing to do with them people take it personally & speak to me in a way I do not like & that makes me angry. I also find if I’m the one who’s calm and level headed I get to be the person who says “calm down” and not the other way around.
