May Is Mental Health Month!

I want to take a moment to acknowledge that May is mental health month.  I’ve worked very hard over the past several months to relax and reset my mind as I face new experiences and challenges.

I know that even as my good days add up I have to be mindful of potential setbacks.  I have to ensure that the health of my mind is at the forefront of my thoughts.  And I have to remember my coping skills for when things are more than I can bare.

Every month could be mental health month but don’t let May go by without taking stock of the health of your mind and the warmth of your spirit.
