Do Something You Don’t Want to Do

I have a substantial list of things I do not want to do.  Some of the things on the list are things I would like to learn to do but feel like I am not cable of doing.

Currently I’ve been tasked with doing some of the things on that list and the discomfort is a bit liberating but completely scary.

I highly recommend tackling that list we all have and crossing some things off.  It’ll free up some room for other things that move you a bit more and more outside of your comfort zone.
