Keep the Routine; Change the Activity

I was stuck in a routine that I hated but I thought it was keeping me healthy.  Then I figured out how to keep the pieces that kept me healthy and remove the piece that I hated.

Being able to separate the two has taken my health to a new level.  I make better decisions.  My relationships are stronger.  And I am more optimistic.

Sometimes it’s hard to tell what is keeping us healthy and what is hurting us.  When we are in pain it seems like everything is wrong and when we are healthy it seems everything is right.  Neither is true.  Being able to isolate what is causing the bad or good feeling will help sustain your health.
