Mental Health Tip – It’s Ok to Break A Good Habit

So lately I’ve been reevaluating my habits – even the ones that work really well for me.  I’m beginning to think that even though a habit works well there might be another one that works better.

I’m just testing new habits while I hold onto my old ones at this point.  But while habits can keep you healthy the boredom that may come with them might make you sick.
