When I first heard there was a form of meditation that worked on altering human thought I couldn’t imagine how it could be done. I spend a lot of time sometimes ignoring thoughts I wish I’d never had and it would be wonderful if I could have never had them. Bad thoughts can stick with me for a while.
The long term dream is to be able to alter my thoughts and never have any bad thoughts at all. I’m still not certain that is actually possible but I like to dream big. It may not ever actually experience it but maybe others will.
