Mental Health Tip: Sometimes a Broad View is Better


Sometimes I obsess about a word someone says or the way someone says something to me and I lose track of other things that are happening to me and the other person.

When I get out of my obsessive thinking and reassess the situation I always feel better even if things do not work out for me.

Getting caught up in minutia can overwhelm me and leave me angry and bitter.  Pulling back not only gives me perspective but calms me.
