Mental Health Tip: Keep An Even Tone


Sometimes in my head I am telling someone off.  I’m saying all kinds of nasty things, yelling, cursing, moving my head around, and pointing my fingers.  But I know that I cannot say or do any of those things so I focus on my tone.  I just have to sound as if I’m calm.  I can’t unsay anything but I can rethink things for days.
