Mental Health Tip: Take A Walk

On certain days there a comes a point when I need to take a walk.  I’ve walked around cities and office parks with other people and by myself.

It feels good to get some fresh air and feel the sun on my skin or monitor the foreboding clouds.

It’s necessary to keep me healthy and ready to face the part of my day that comes after my walk.
