Mental Health Tip: Daydream

I think I’ve spent countless hours of my life staring out of windows.  It’s one of my most favorite things to do.  I spend most of the time thinking of next to nothing but when I walk away I usually feel better.

Sometimes when the mind focuses on nothing it’s recuperating.
