Mental Health Tip: It’s OK to say “I Am Sick”

Every person with a serious health issue faces the question – To Reveal or Not to Reveal?

And even if you’re someone who does not want to tell anyone you should try telling yourself –

“I am Sick.”

And then tell yourself –

“It’s Alright.”

This is how I reset when I’m exhausted and I want to give up.
