I now know why all of my attempts to begin working out in the summer have failed – I never worked out at home with the air conditioner on.

I always thought sweating was a good thing when it came to working out but it really discouraged me.  I don’t like being sweaty and the cool breeze is motivational.

Day 2 & I don’t feel doomed to fail.  (That feeling typically hits me from the very beginning.)
