Mental Health Tip #6 is Don’t Isolate. This is critical to maintaining your health but too much socializing can do just as much damage as too little. There must be a balance. Everyone needs time to themselves.
You may have to carve out time for yourself but keep track of the time you spend by yourself. When the alone time starts to add up take someone up on an offer to go out even if you don’t feel like it.
Many times I’ve gone out when I didn’t really want to and I ended up having a good time. Sometimes people surprise you!
