Mental Health Tip # 10: Talk to Friends & Family

friends & familyI’m not a talkative person.  Honestly I feel no compulsion to speak most of the time.  I speak to people mostly because they seem to want to speak with me.

That being said I often feel better after speaking with people.  When I step out of my head and listen to to others I realize how much we have in common and this brings me comfort.
