Mental Health Tip #8: Dedicate Time to Figuring Out How to Get Better

dedicate timeMaybe this sounds obvious but if I never thought about how to get healthy or maintain my health I would have never become healthy or been able to maintain my health.

It’s hard recovering from a mental illness and I refuse to leave everything in the hands of someone else.  I had to take responsibility for my own health and make a conscious decision to get better.

If you don’t dedicate time to figuring out what works best for you it will take you a lot longer to recover.  And time spent being sick is time wasted.
