Mental Health Tip #7: Have a Routine

have a routineSleep: 11pm – 7am

Live: 7am – 11pm

My routine keeps me sane.  And with it I can maneuver.

Maybe I need to get to work a little early or stay a little late.

Maybe I want to stay up late to watch a movie I’ve been dying to see or hang out with friends.

Maybe it’s the weekend and I can do whatever I want.
