Mental Health Tip #2: Sleep

sleepFor the longest time everyone told me that I needed to sleep.  When I was younger I thought sleep was a waste of time.  There was so much I wanted to do and sleep just took away time I needed to work towards my goals.

Now I know that life without sleep is unsustainable.  I look forward to the energy and calm it provides. My goals seem more attainable when I think of my life with sleep as a priority.
